1 General Terms & Conditions

• When a KYC verification is requested, you must submit the required documents within 7 business days.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Jet7a is strictly for adults only. No one under the age of 18 may register or play on this platform. We take the protection of minors seriously and enforce this rule without exception.

• Age is verified at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
• Jet7a reserves the right to request age verification documents (NID, passport) at any time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the maximum deposit is BDT 1,00,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500; withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds associated with any bonus.
• For suspicious transactions, jet7a may place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• No additional fees are charged on transactions; however, charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jet7a offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms and conditions that you should read carefully. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit, maximum BDT 5,000. Wagering requirement 10x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% every Monday, maximum BDT 2,000. Wagering requirement 8x.
• Cashback: 10% of net weekly losses, added automatically. No wagering required.
• Referral Bonus: BDT 200 bonus for every successful referral; activated after the referred person's first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; once wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be converted to real money.
• You cannot activate more than one bonus at a time.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if promotional conditions are not met or if fraud is suspected.

6 Fair Play Policy

If an account is closed, any legitimate balance will be returned. However, if fraud is established, all funds will be forfeited. Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting support.
